Eight graduate students (and two undergraduates) from three universities (Maryland, Princeton and Texas) gathered at CSCAMM for 12 weeks of introductory study in plasma physics, algorithm design, and computational methods. The students were joined by two Maryland post-docs, as well as members of the Maryland Department of Physics theory group.
